Please fill out the following form to begin the RMA process. We do not require or issue RMA numbers. If you require a repair quotation prior to sending your unit, please send us an email request. Once submitted, you will be taken to the Shipping Instruction page to complete the process.

17025 Accredited Calibration with Before and After Data & Test Report (additional $75 documentation fee)



Note: Please provide nature of problem(s) including operating mode of unit when problem occurred and battery type being serviced at the time. If this is a CASP product, please include cable number and function in process at time of failure.
Example: CASP/2000L unit beeps continuously with power on, but no battery connected after sitting idle for several hours.
